Punjab is the home of Tandoori dishes where marinated foods are traditionally cooked in clay ovens called tandoors. Most of us are not fortunate enough to posses our own tandoor but this delicately flavoured tandoori mix will give a superb tandoori taste to meats, chicken or fish either grilled or cooked over a charcoal barbecue.

This aromaticspice mix allows you to create a tangy sweet and sour masala style sauce enhances the flavours of the chicken ,capsicum peppers and onion. Can be eaten as a main course.
